We provide assessments and inspections, installations and remedial works, and ongoing testing and maintenance. This includes fire risk assessments, fire doors, fire stopping, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and safety signage. Tell us about your property and we’ll confirm the scope of work we can undertake.
Yes. We work with landlords, managing agents, residential block management companies and commercial clients. We can coordinate testing, inspections, servicing and remedial works across a portfolio, with a maintenance programme agreed for each property.
Yes. After an assessment or inspection, we can provide a separate quotation for suitable remedial work. This can include fire door repairs or replacements, fire stopping, alarm repairs and emergency lighting improvements. You can review the findings and decide how to proceed.
Yes, we provide free, no-obligation quotations. For assessments and inspections, we can often quote after discussing the property and reviewing the information you provide. Larger or more complex works may need a site survey. Site surveys are not automatically free; any fee is discussed and agreed beforehand.
Our team holds the FireQual Level 3 Certificate in Foundation Fire Risk Assessment, has passed the FDIS Diploma examination and includes an assessor on the IFSM Fire Risk Assessors Register. We’re IFSM members. We maintain public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Work is accepted within the team’s competence and the agreed scope.
We agree an appointment around the property, the work and our availability. Urgent, same-day and out-of-hours attendance may be possible, subject to availability. For standard inspections, we aim to issue reports within 3–5 working days, depending on complexity. Please call to discuss anything urgent.
Our installations, fire door works, fire stopping and associated remedial work carry a 12-month workmanship guarantee, subject to the agreed terms. Applicable manufacturer warranties also apply to supplied equipment. The workmanship guarantee does not cover inspections or assessments and is not a guarantee of continuing building compliance.
